Corner of School Street and York Road. WJ Parker the chemist was a purpose-built shop at the end of this terrace, which was originally Albert Terrace. Parker sold to Boots in the 1950's. Next door is a butcher's shop and next to that Jeffrey's, a bakery.

Bond Garth Mews. The row of cottages at the side were demolished when the Methodist Church was built.
