The certificate is one of affiliation with the Burns Federation. The St Andrew Society of York is registered as number 718.

The certificate is for the dedication of a rose garden and memorial cairn in Dean Castle, Kilmarnock. The certificate includes a list of benefactors, and the garden and cairn were dedicated to the victims of terrorism on 11 September 2001 in the United States of America.
