The accounts include a separate inventory and valuation, as well as a treasurer's report regarding the 1982 end of year accounts. There are two copies of the accounts, inventory and treasurers report. There is also a letter to choir members regarding the accounts.

A scrapbook made by the choir's musical director. Included in the scrapbook was some loose material, which has been removed from the book to preserve the material, and put in a folder with the scrapbook.

The scrapbook includes concert tickets, programmes, newspaper cuttings and choir newsletters. Included in the back page is a list of concert programmes missing from the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir archive.

Concert tickets and programmes can also be found with the performance memorabilia (reference: YPC/6) and newspaper articles can be found in the file of newspaper clippings (reference: YPC/13).

An album of postcards showing different Münster locations. The postcards have been removed from the original album for preservation reasons, and the postcards and album have been stored together in one file. The scrapbook was made for 'Münster 1200 Jahre 793 - 1993' (Münster 1200 years 793 - 1993), in memory of a concert held 23rd October 1993.

Ephemera from trips to Münster can also be found with the travel memorabilia (reference: YPC/8/2).

A minute book containing a mix of typed and handwritten minutes from the York Railway Institute Male Voice Choir.

Included in the front page of the book was some loose correspondence and income and expense accounts for York Railway Institute Male Voice Choir, which have been removed from the book to preserve the material, and put in a folder with the minute book. There is a letter regarding the death of George James Stacey and a letter regarding the appointment of a new choir secretary. There are also three income and expense accounts for the years 1986 - 1987, 1987 - 1988, and 1989 - 1990.

There are two 7" master tapes. Both tapes have identical packaging, with "Pollen Studios 223/4" written on the outside. One of the tapes has a song list for "side 1" and "side 2" written on the packaging.

We have assumed that one magnetic tape is the master recording for side 1, and the other is the master recording for side 2, until we can acquire the technology to play the tapes.
