William Henry Place was one of the three children of Lionel Place and Sophia his wife, both deceased, whilst John Mathew Quantock was administrator of Sophia Quantock deceased his wife, she another child of Lionel Place and Sophia. William and John were also executors of Lionel Place the younger deceased, the other child.
