Joseph Armytage was also ordered to pay a fine that appears in the margain of the document as £1-4s-4d.

These closes are in Ellurton in the Manor of Strensall. On her death the land goes to Henry Lofthouse of Upper Catton, Yeoman. This is allowed on payment of £1-2s-0d.
