Handwritten title below printed sketch: 'King's Manor House After Wm Moore [?]'. This could refer to William Moore Junior (1817-1909), who was a landscape painter and teacher in York. The sketch shows buildings from a distance, as seen from beyond the wall. Left-hand building covered by foliage and large trees growing beside the path. Glass plate negative.
