Handwritten will drawn up on letter paper in which David Sowray bequeathed his money and estate to his wife [Easter] Sowray, and after her death to their daughter Elizabeth. The will is signed and witnessed, but not drawn up by a solicitor.

The card is tied with a green and yellow ribbon and bears the crest of a military unit, possibly the Kings Royal Irish Hussars, on the front of the card.

Two copies of cards send to 'Aileen' from 'Jack'. One of the cards dates from 1940.
