Includes a photocopy of the 1729 list and account of interest and arrears with Subscription list of 1777, listing the 190 original subscribers and the present proprietors. Also includes a List of Nobility and Gentry appearing at the Assembly Rooms in the Race Week of 1776.

Bundle of notes extracted from undefined sources (M23/1) with extracts from the records of the Assembly Rooms. The notes start in 1730 with the purchase of Mr George Gibson's house on Finkle Street to enable a passage to be built for drains. Ends 1773 (marked as p155 of the original source).
