Half-inch scale Ordnance Survey map covering the area between Stamford and Thirsk. It shows the original Great Northern Railway route with proposed deviations sanctioned. It is likely it originally accompanied the plans in DEP/56.

Prescriptions ledger showing various prescriptions dispensed by William Dewhurst's pharmacy, including information about the name of the person to whom the prescription was given, the details of the prescription and the date it was dispensed, and the price of the prescription.
Also found loose in the volume were several small scraps of papers containing rough jottings and notes, written prescriptions from the city medical officer, a pre-printed form from an optician, and a printed advertisement for a cough mixture marketed by William Dewhurst.

The set is written in Drake's own hand, and chronicles his journey from the south of France in November 1750, through to Naples in September 1751. The manuscript itself was written whilst Drake was staying with the Vicar of Womersley.
This two-volume printed edition of 'Eboracum' contains handwritten notes on and additions to the text by Drake and appears to have been his own personal copy.
