A minute book containing a mix of typed and handwritten minutes from the York Railway Institute Male Voice Choir.

Included in the front page of the book was some loose correspondence and income and expense accounts for York Railway Institute Male Voice Choir, which have been removed from the book to preserve the material, and put in a folder with the minute book. There is a letter regarding the death of George James Stacey and a letter regarding the appointment of a new choir secretary. There are also three income and expense accounts for the years 1986 - 1987, 1987 - 1988, and 1989 - 1990.

We have assumed that one magnetic tape is the master recording for side 1, and the other is the master recording for side 2, until we can acquire the technology to play the tapes.
