Minute books of the Rugby Club and its Social Club.
Please note that the minute books only cover 1887-1981. There is a handwritten note on the club's history dated c. 2003 inserted in one of the volumes.

This collection includes material relating to the York Rugby League Club dating from 1881-1990. Includes meeting minutes, photographs and promotional material from the Interworks Cup games of 1988 and 1990.
Please note that the majority of the collection dates from between 1877 and 1990. There is a handwritten note on the club's history which can be dated to c. 2003.

Includes attached wax seal. Crayke was governed by the Bishop of Durham, but is physically located in North Yorkshire.

Signed by two parishioners and two churchwardens of Hessle.

By virtue of this instrument one Thomas Wakefield inducted the Rev. Thomas Bowman into the Vicarage of Hessle, 2nd December 1757.
Signed. Thos. Wakefield, Rector of Rowley.

Signed and sealed by the Archbishop of York. Also includes signed statements showing when and where the certificate was exhibited.
