Deed of conveyance from William Holdyard Esquire, Recorder of York, to the Lord Mayor, Sheriff and certain Aldermen of the House called the Guild or the Fraternity of Corpus Christi without Micklegate Bar with all lands and tenements belonging to the guild in the City and in Stamford Bridge and Buttercrambe parcel of the possessions of the same guild. Also one annual rento f £16 reserved out of certain lands (the other part of the possessions of the guild but sold to John Palmes Esquire by Indenture dated 20/6/1590).

Proceedings of wardmote courts in the wards of the city including offences, penalties and fines. The first10 folios concen the years 1485-1497 (note these pages are imperfect and badly damaged in places). The bulk of the volume concerrns the years 1575-1586.
