A collection of lantern slides belonging to York's first full-time Medical Officer of Health, Edmund Moody Smith. The collection includes slides of patients with infectious diseases, model housing, health services, graphs and statistics and information slides.
The record cards provide the personal details of each patient, possible source of infection, and living conditions. Cards from 1950 and 1954 include an attached report, which records possible ways the disease may have been transmitted, such as schools attended, and persons and places visited. Note that these cards are samples only of total cases.

Sem títuloThe magazine was issued quarterly and contained articles, details of sports competitions, school rolls and information on the Old Boys' Association. During the First World War it also includes details of military honours obtained by former pupils and a roll of honour. The magazine was reissued in 1939, reverting to 'Volume 1', and during the Second World War the magazine includes lists of former pupils serving in HM Armed Forces.
The magazine was initially published four times per year and included articles about the school, staff, pupils and school clubs. By 1949 was being published annually in July. Editions for 1912-1914, 1916-1921, 1925-1928, 1932-1939, 1948, 1955 and are missing.
Currently includes one hymn board, one plaque commemorating the opening of the school library, and one wooden sign saying 'Queen Anne Grammar School.'
