Comprises inspection records relating to rental properties with certificates of disrepair. The inspection reports record works that were necessary in order to cancel the certificates of disrepair. Certificates of disrepair were issued to tenants and allowed them to refuse any rent increase by the landlord until necessary improvements to the property were carried out. Some files include paperwork concerning the remedying of defects and applications by the landlord to cancel the certificate of disrepair.
