Records annotated with WRRA [Women's road records Association] and NRRA [Northern road records Association] and some records were 'competition' records and the reader is advised to consult the competition records book (CCC/5/1/2).

The event appears to have been for a number of cycling clubs, as a number of banners can be seen amongst the crowd, including Clifton Cycling Club. Whilst the exact provenance of this image is unknown, it has been attributed to Clifton Cycling Club by the archivist.

Incomplete set of annual diaries with handwritten notes by William Camidge. Most entries in the diaries are concerned with church and school meetings, Band of Hope and related events. There are also references to family, social and bank business matters. Some diaries have a list of addresses at the front. Many include details of Camidge travelling around York and farther afield , e.g. Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds, Wakefield, Blackpool and the Yorkshire coast, by gig, trap, train, bus and tram, as well as annual visits to Blackpool.
