Paper deposition, on behalf of the complainants, at a commission for the examination of witnesses in the case of Robert and George Wise v. Prickett. The witnesses that give deposition were William Eggleston of Beeford in the County of York, Yeoman, Thomas Ewbank and Stephan Dickinson. The commission held a hearing at The Black Swan Inn in Coney Street, York which started on 15 October 1804 and lasted for five days. Also includes tickets of admission for the hearing. The document is bound in cord sealed with wax that have snapped or been cut.
