The choir newsletters include a both internal and public newsletters produced by the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir. The members newsletters consist of internal newsletters, information sheets and diary sheets given to choir members to notify them of upcoming events and choir news.

There are also a number of public newsletters, published in issues. The choir produced a number of newsletters under different names, over the years. The collection includes newsletters from 1933 to 1990.

There are photographs of concert venues in the file of accounts and documents for the tour of Europe in 2000 (reference: YPC/2/3/2). There are photographs of different individuals in the file of travel accounts and documents from a visit by Münsterscher Männergesangverein to York in 2009 (reference: YPC/2/3/5). There are photographs of concert venues in the file of accounts and documents relating to 'Chorfest' in 2015 (reference: YPC/2/3/6). The choir memorabilia includes a 1935 photograph of the choir's original music director Cecil H. Fletcher (reference: YPC/8/1) and the travel memorabilia contains a photograph album of a '40 Jahre Partnerschaft 1968 - 2008' exhibition with Münsterscher Männergesangverein (reference: YPC/8/2).
