Under each heading, notes have been stuck regarding specific windows and projects, in date order. The booklet itself is made up of cut-down newspapers.

Originally labelled 'Vergers', the bundle contains one handwritten covering note and 10 photographs, presumably of the Minster vergers. Also includes one newspaper cutting dated 1908 regarding Mr Herbert Stansfield being appointed junior verger at the Minster.
