Two plates - 1 ) photograph of wooden table with board on top, cartoon etched into board, pieces of glass ready to be joined together next to it; 2) image of cartoon etched out - bound male figure with crown and halo, being whipped by two other male figures.

One plate shows panels 66 and 67 of St William Window (Woman poisoned by eating frog and Poisoned woman at shrine, whilst the second shows panels 66 and 67 of St William window, and enlarged images of woman in each panel, clearly showing identical headdress and hand gesture.

Includes portion of top row of stained glass window; portion of upper part of Peter de Dene window and reproduction of stained glass image - kneeling monk flanked by knights. Plate 1 moderately faded, 'top row' written on plate in pen. Plate 2 stained and discoloured; 'Peter de Dene top' written on plate in ink. Plate 3 liquid stained but otherwise in good condition.

Letter re income tax on the property, 1910;
Newspaper cuttings book re Robin Hood's Bay and Whitby (including details of author Leo Walmsley who used to stay in the area and played cricket with J W Knowles); 1905-1964.
