Wet copy letter book comprising handwritten, outgoing copies of correspondence.

Correspondence relates primarily to administrative matters of the Rural Sanitary Authority.

Note that many of the letters in this book are extremely difficult to read because of the poor quality of the copies. Includes index.

Includes name of patient; date admitted; date discharged; and in some cases further remarks. Includes two loose items: a list of mental patients for whom there are no files and a list of patients maintained by other county authorities.

Lists patients in alphabetical order by surname.
