Letter of Johnathan Gray and his wife Mary Gray mainly to his son William Gray. Subjects are on family matters such as travel, health as well as a discussions on local York news. Includes one letter referring to the Luddites in Huddersfield dated 7th September 1812.

That for 1837 is inscribed by C(aroline) E. M(unby) to the effect that it was the last one her mother bought. Eliz. Forth died 2 Feb 1837.
