Administration de bonis non, with the will annexed, of Mary Sutcliffe widow, deceased. Died 7 July 1838. The Executors Joseph Wood and William Crabtree proved the will in December 1838 and 'for some time intermeddled in the personal estate and effects' of the deceased. Letters of Administration were subsequently issued in 1844 and similar events ensued. The matter was not resolved until 1860.
