Register made by Sir William Pinder, hospital clerk, Master of the Hospital of St Thomas the Apostle without Micklegate Bar. The register includes:
Ordinances of the hospital, 1552,
Minutes of the meetings held by the Maister and Bretheren, 1552-1583,
Accounts for the year 1575,
Survey of the lands etc belonging to the hospital at Stamforth Bridge and associated memoranda (1558) and
'Copie of the Docquett certified by Mr Atturney Generall under the King's Bill signed,' relating to the acquisition by the Corporation of some of the messuages in the City of York, part of the estate of the hospital.
Proceedings of wardmote courts in the wards of the city including offences, penalties and fines. The first10 folios concen the years 1485-1497 (note these pages are imperfect and badly damaged in places). The bulk of the volume concerrns the years 1575-1586.

Also one annual rento f £16 reserved out of certain lands (the other part of the possessions of the guild but sold to John Palmes Esquire by Indenture dated 20/6/1590).
