Conveyance from Lumley Kettlewell of Clementhorpe, Gentleman, to Charles Fothergill of the City of York, Gentleman, in consideration of the sum of £250. Property includes all those houses or dwelling houses lately built in Clementhorpe by Robert Smith, together with outbuildings. The property in bounded to the south by the wall of the dissolved nunnery, to the north by a common lane leading to the River Ouse, to the east by a house belonging to Edward Turpin, ship carpenter, and to the west by a tenement of the said Lumley Kettlewell.
