Indenture of covenant and declarations concerning three several sums of £1690, £253.10s.0d. and £109. 17s.0d. The sums were to Mr Thomas Surr for life. (Messrs. George Surr, John Surr, and Robert Cattle and Miss Jane Surr to Mr. Thomas Surr). A Memorial of this deed was enrolled in Majesty's High Court of Chancery pursuant to an Order of Parliament made for that purpose.
