Principally includes photographs, correspondence, and papers relating to the use of Bedern Hall for events, including for weddings and for the York Residents First Weekends (later York Residents Festival). Also includes some articles relating to the guild and Bedern Hall, a copy of the guild year book for 1962-1963, and a certificate relating to the purchase of Bedern Hall from the City of York Council.
