Each Cabinet Member is responsible for a portfolio area covering certain services provided by the Council. The Delegation Scheme authorises individual Cabinet Members to make decisions in relation to their own portfolio area. Cabinet Member Decision Making Sessions are held as required.

Respite
Commissioning and Partnerships
Service Delivery and Transformation
Housing Landlord (HRA)
Housing General
Any other function delivered through the Adults, Children & Education Directorate which is not allocated to another Portfolio holder
