Within this signed agreement is an attached sketch pal of the club with the adjoining land . This is signed by the Lord Mayor and Town Clerk. At the back of the document is a later part deed of surrender in regards to the land adjoining De Grey premises (dated 25th August 1936). This is between William Boddy, the estate agent Charles Arthur Thompson and Archibald McLaurie of the Trustees of the York Conservative Club and the York Corporation.

The second document is a draft deed of 1936 surrender of land.
