Caption below sketch: 'To the Governors and Trustees of York County Hospital this North West View is most humbly inscribed by their most obedient Servant R. Holme'. On the left there is a caption regarding the patients admitted between 1740 [?] and 1766. The total number admitted is listed as 14969 and the list also includes 'discharged cured', 'relieved', and 'incurable'. Lantern slide.
