Agreement between the Boarding-Out Committee of the Whitby Union and the Boarding-Out Committee of the York Union that the Whitby Committee would supervise homes and parents of two children boarded-out by the York Committee in the Whitby area.
Includes name of patient; date admitted; date discharged; and in some cases further remarks. Includes two loose items: a list of mental patients for whom there are no files and a list of patients maintained by other county authorities.
Lists patients in alphabetical order by surname.
