In the month of May 1864 the said Henry Richardson and Thomas James Dallin proved the said will and for some time intermeddled in the personal estate and effects of the said deceased and afterwards [Henry Richardson] died, leaving part of the estate unadministered. The said Thomas James Dallin survived his co-executor and died on 13 January 1865 intestate. On 31 March 1866 Letters of Administration (with will annexed) of the personal estate and effects of the said deceased so left unadministered were granted to MARY Le CREN, widow (one of the children of the late Rev. Robert Dallin of Shooter's Hill, deceased) one of the residuary legatees named in the said will.
