The meeting minutes include minutes for committee meetings; annual general meetings; extraordinary general meetings; and various sub-committee minutes including the music sub-committee and finance sub-committee.

The minutes include additional documents which include meeting agendas, correspondence, and monthly income and expenditure accounts.
