Letters concerning the sale of the property to H F Cundall by Reverend J R Keble on behalf of the Ecclesiastical Commission. The majority of the letter are between Reverend Keble and the Ecclesiastical Commission or legal representatives, with a few letters written by H F Cundall. The letters contain detailed information about the legal circumstances of the sale and about the subsequent investment of the money gained through the sale. Also includes an envelope which originally contained this letters.
