The school magazine was launched in 1902 to coincide with the reopening of the school after a fire in 1899. The magazine was issued at regular intervals throughout the year, and included articles, photographs and letters.

Comprises correspondence and associated papers for the York School Dental Service. The papers mainly concern administrative matters such as staffing, statistics, equipment, training, the organisation of the service, and various aspects of dental health. Papers concerning the establishment and allocation of staff salaries
Set of employee salaried staff record book. In some cases the books have been disbound and repackaged by the archivist. The volumes include names of employees, dates of birth, insurance numbers (where applicable) as well as details of positions worked and grades. Also includes details of salaries and bonuses achieved. The volumes are predominantly from the 20th century, but in some cases relate to employees born in the 19th century. The volumes are arranged by the surname of the staff member, and there are overlapping volumes for the same surnames in some cases.

Log books for Rufforth Undenominational School. The log books include information about school attendance, upkeep of the buildings, the absences of particular pupils and the names of those admitted to or leaving the school. In some cases the schoolmaster states why the pupil is leaving and where they are moving on to. The schoolmaster from January 1881-October 1882 was J. Thomas Conyers Robson; he returned to the school in April 1883 after an absence of 5 months, during which time James Whitworth was master.
