The titles of the images have been taken from a database created by Linda Haywood as part of the indexing process. This Access database can be obtained from archivists on request and is located in the electronic accessions file.

This series contains various records relating to York Central Conservative Club's administration. In terms of club promotion, it includes club publications such letter heads, compliment cards, advertisement posters and newsletters. There are also draft copies and offical volumes of the rules of the club, as were given to club members. There is also correspodence between the York Central Conservative Club and others from a similar Conservative background, most notably, The Association of Conservative Clubs and the National Union of Conservative and Unionist Associations.
