The magazine was issued quarterly and contained articles, details of sports competitions, school rolls and information on the Old Boys' Association. During the First World War it also includes details of military honours obtained by former pupils and a roll of honour. The magazine was reissued in 1939, reverting to 'Volume 1', and during the Second World War the magazine includes lists of former pupils serving in HM Armed Forces.

The record cards provide the personal details of each patient, possible source of infection, and living conditions. Cards from 1950 and 1954 include an attached report, which records possible ways the disease may have been transmitted, such as schools attended, and persons and places visited. Indexes of porcelain and porcelain marks, also list of factories, antique dealers trade cards and typescript copies of an article on "Powder Blue Decorated Porcelain" by A.H. York, Oct 1926 presumably the property of Arthur Hurst, East Lodge, St Peter's Grove, York whose name appears on a card and who published a pamphlet on porcelain.
