The photographs include loose photographs as well as digital photographs, which are in CD format, relating to the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir.

There is a photograph of a twin city concert with Münsterscher Männergesangverein (Münster Male Choral Society) held 23rd March 1997 in the file of travel accounts and documents from a visit by Münsterscher Männergesangverein to York in 1997 (reference: YPC/2/3/1). There are photographs of concert venues in the file of accounts and documents for the tour of Europe in 2000 (reference: YPC/2/3/2). There are photographs of different individuals in the file of travel accounts and documents from a visit by Münsterscher Männergesangverein to York in 2009 (reference: YPC/2/3/5). There are photographs of concert venues in the file of accounts and documents relating to 'Chorfest' in 2015 (reference: YPC/2/3/6). The choir memorabilia includes a 1935 photograph of the choir's original music director Cecil H. Fletcher (reference: YPC/8/1) and the travel memorabilia contains a photograph album of a '40 Jahre Partnerschaft 1968 - 2008' exhibition with Münsterscher Männergesangverein (reference: YPC/8/2).

This series includes a variety of items and documents which are apparently connected with the Kleiser family. it includes a lock of human hair, assorted cards and tickets, postcards, handwritten notes, cigar boxes, a book, a copy of an Act regarding playhouses, a travel brochure, an envelope, and pages from a periodical. KLE/7/11 - Kursaal Travel Brochure - is written in French.

Includes minutes from initial meetings to set upt the association, from AGMs, meetings of the Executive Committee, and of the final public meeting to dissolve the association. Also includes some associated reports and papers presented at meetings, including a final report from the Chairman and a history of the association.

A complete set of annual reports for 1981-2018 in printed booklets.

Information included in each annual report varies between years, but generally includes some of the following: meeting agenda for the next AGM; a short annual report or chairman's report; minutes of the previous AGM; an activity report; financial statements and accounts; and short reports on associated issues including support for and work with other charities.

The choir newsletters include a both internal and public newsletters produced by the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir. The members newsletters consist of internal newsletters, information sheets and diary sheets given to choir members to notify them of upcoming events and choir news.

There are also a number of public newsletters, published in issues. The choir produced a number of newsletters under different names, over the years. The collection includes newsletters from 1933 to 1990.
