The choir memorabilia includes range of ephemera relating to the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir, including histories of the choir; tickets, posers and fliers for concerts and events; correspondence; and some travel memorabilia, such as coach itineraries. The memorabilia also includes two prints from artist David Golding from 'York Tour 2017'. Related memorabilia can also be found in the travel financial accounts and documents (reference: YPC/2/3), and with the file of concert posters and flyers (reference: YPC/6/3).

The memorabilia also includes a 1935 photograph of the choir's original music director Cecil H. Fletcher, alongside a copy of Fletcher's funeral announcement. There are more photographs relating to the choir in the photograph series (reference: YPC/10).

The Christmas concert material relates mainly to Carols in Kirkgate, which was established in 1962 by Robert Patterson, York Castle Museum curator, and Richard B Lister, musical director for the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir. Carols in Kirkgate was eventually succeeded by Christmas in Fossgate in 2013, followed by annual Christmas Traditions concerts in 2016.
