There is a mix of material in the files, from various visits taken by the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir to Münster, Germany, and Lochem, the Netherlands.
The files include various publications, including a copy of the Münsterscher Männergesangverein (Münster Male Choral Society) 'MM Journal' (1992); a commemorative publication celebrating 110 years of the Münsterscher Men’s Singing Association (1999); and a 75th Jubilee magazine for Lochems Mannenkoor (Lochem's Men's Choir) (2010). The publications also include a commemorative publication for Mannergesangvereins Walsum (Men's Choir Walsum) (2004); a copy of '40 Jahre Partnerschaft 1968 - 2008' (40 years partnership) (2008), a book celebrating the partnership between Münsterscher Männergesangverein and York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir; and the travel memorabilia also contains a photograph album of a '40 Jahre Partnerschaft 1968 - 2008' exhibition. There are more photographs relating to the choir in the photograph series (reference: YPC/10).
There are also various newspaper clippings, plus a full copy of issue 23 of the newspaper 'Verbandsgemeinde Mitteilungsblatt' (Union Municipality Bulletin) (2001), with an original photo which has been printed in the newspaper. Other newspaper articles can be found in the file of newspaper clippings (reference: YPC/13).
The files also include documents relating to the planning of various trips, including information sheets, itineraries, correspondence and proposals for the European tour in 2000; a schedule for a joint concert between Lochems Mannenkoor and York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir in 2009; newsletters relating to a trip to Germany in 2013; and an itinerary and welcome booklet from a 2015 trip to 'Chorfest' in Münster; as well as various correspondence and information sheets. Memorabilia from these trips include a cassette tape with a choir members' reminiscences of a choir visit to Münster in 1969; a concert poster for an international concert in 2000; two "Münster und seine Partnerstädte" (Münster and his sister cities) lanyards; as well as photographs, brochures, flyers, programmes, restaurant menus, and city guides.

York Society of EngineersThe first box and part of the second box of terrier cards give details of properties still owned by CYC as of 2012 and are numbered 0002-9494 (with gaps). Each card number refers to a property marked on the CYC property map (not yet deposited). The cards detail the address and description of the property, the date of the deed, the committee responsible for it and the names of the tenants. The remainder of the second box of terrier cards gives details of properties previously owned by CYC but now sold. It details the purchase price, the name of the buyer and the date of sale, along with the relevant deed number.

2007:
There is a set of committee meeting minutes for January, March, April, May, June, July, September, October, and November. The January minutes are also duplicated in the file of meeting minutes from 2006 (reference: YPC/1/10).
There is an agenda for the annual general meeting held in 2007 but there are no corresponding minutes.
There are other documents in the file which includes a list of choir rules, treasurer's job description, reports from the public relations officer, meeting agendas, income and expenditure sheets and correspondence.
2008:
There is only one set of minutes for 2008 included in the folder, a set of committee meeting minutes from a meeting in January 2008.
The file also includes some meeting minutes from 2006. There is a set of minutes from the 2006 annual general meeting held in February with an appended chairman’s report. There are also minutes from an extraordinary general meeting held in November 2006, to discuss changes to the choir's constitution. There is a separate file with meeting minutes for 2006 (reference: YPC/1/10).
