In 1973, composer Jack Morgan entered a contest to find a new Australia national anthem; the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir sang on the recording. The file includes material about the history of the piece as well as two recordings.

At present this collection comprises papers produced in the course of the group's Heritage Lottery Funded First World War project. Includes letters of support, project evaluation and financial statement, press cuttings, responses to a conscription workshop, exhibition publicity and programme November 2017, transcript of correspondence and copies of three publications.
