Conveyance from Thomas Thompson of the City of York, Miller, to William Tate, of Clementhorpe without Skeldergate Postern in the City of York, Yeoman. Includes lease (bargain and sale) in consideration of the sum of 5s for one year, dated 24th March 1763, and release (conveyance) in consideration of the sum of £70. The property is said to have previously been in the occupation of John Hall, and of Robert Vail and his wife Jane.
