Contains signed minutes, informal minutes, notes taken for and at meetings, and some associated papers including those relating to membership.
The surviving minutes for the club are incomplete, and no minutes are currently known to survive between 1984 and 2005 inclusive. There is some overlap between minute books, with several minute books recording the same meetings.
The minutes concern the organisation and running of the club, and include information relating to administrative matters, committee membership, club membership, outings and events, fundraising activities, and talks.
