The photographs include loose photographs as well as digital photographs, which are in CD format, relating to the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir.

There is a photograph of a twin city concert with Münsterscher Männergesangverein (Münster Male Choral Society) held 23rd March 1997 in the file of travel accounts and documents from a visit by Münsterscher Männergesangverein to York in 1997 (reference: YPC/2/3/1). The choir memorabilia includes a 1935 photograph of the choir's original music director Cecil H. Fletcher (reference: YPC/8/1) and the travel memorabilia contains a photograph album of a '40 Jahre Partnerschaft 1968 - 2008' exhibition with Münsterscher Männergesangverein (reference: YPC/8/2).
