The file includes accounts and other documents. The documents include an information pack with a choir schedule; a map of Münster; thank you letters and cards referencing the trip; a brochure for the concert: 'Music Builds Bridges: Concert weekend with choirs from Münster and the Partner cities'; correspondence, which includes letters and printed emails; song lists; accommodation arrangements; a newsletter to members about the trip; and photographs of the venue. There are more photographs relating to the choir in the photograph series (reference: YPC/10).
