This file includes various papers relating to the York Philharmonic Male Voice Choir's finances. There is a set of accounts for 1995 which include membership subscription lists, and accounts relating to concerts, administration, room hires, gifts and awards. The accounts come with an index.
Other documents include a list of previous choir vice presidents, inventories and valuations used for insurance purposes, stock lists, details of treasurer responsibilities, correspondence, committee minutes and material relating to performances such as proposed concert programmes and song selections.
The file was originally labelled "accounts - details and invoices year commencing 31/12/95, vice presidents past lists and members, subscriptions 1993 onwards and sundry other papers".
