The file includes a memorandum from February 1995 explaining the decision to use information sheets to update members on choir news, in order to reduce the time spent making announcements in rehearsals. These information sheets would be issued to members approximately monthly, and contain information including notices of upcoming events, rehearsals, uniforms.
This file contains information sheets from 1995 to 1998.
The file also includes some other documents. There is a set of minutes from committee meetings held in February, May and October of 1995. These minutes are duplicated in the file of meeting minutes for 1995 - 1996 and 1998 (reference: YPC/1/3).
There are also programmes of events for upcoming concerts; choir newsletters from September and October 1997; a balance sheet for the 1996 financial year; a list of the choir's elected officers for 1995; among other documents.
