There are also a number of public newsletters, published in issues. The choir produced a number of newsletters under different names, over the years. The collection includes newsletters from 1933 to 1990.

There are two 7" master tapes. Both tapes have identical packaging, with "Pollen Studios 223/4" written on the outside. One of the tapes has a song list for "side 1" and "side 2" written on the packaging.

We have assumed that one magnetic tape is the master recording for side 1, and the other is the master recording for side 2, until we can acquire the technology to play the tapes.

Includes the papers prepared for the AGM held in 2021 and subsequent minutes of that meeting. Papers include minutes of the previous AGM held in 2019 (no meeting was held in 2020), accounts for the years 2019/2020 and 2020/2021, an agenda for the 2021 meeting, and a letter to members inviting them to the meeting.

Stored with the newsletters were two miscellaneous items: a list of "brochure material" that includes quotes from adjudicators remarks and from the press regarding the choir; and a letter to the vice president from September 1978 regarding upcoming activities and concert dates.

Until 1989 the minutes were kept solely in handwritten form in volumes; between 1989 and 1997 handwritten volumes continued to be kept alongside typescript minutes; from 1997 the minutes were kept only in typescript format. Those included in this series are printed out versions of electronic documents.
