This series includes photographic negatives collected by Hugh Murray, a local historian in York. The collection was listed by volunteers from York Civic Trust between 2015 and 2017.

The original order of this material has been maintained, and the negatives have been item-level listed as they were stored.

The series consists of papers collected by Jean Wallace in her capacity as secretary of York 2000.
