The files include various publications, including a copy of the Münsterscher Männergesangverein (Münster Male Choral Society) 'MM Journal' (1992); a commemorative publication celebrating 110 years of the Münsterscher Men’s Singing Association (1999); and a 75th Jubilee magazine for Lochems Mannenkoor (Lochem's Men's Choir) (2010). Memorabilia from these trips include a cassette tape with a choir members' reminiscences of a choir visit to Münster in 1969; a concert poster for an international concert in 2000; two "Münster und seine Partnerstädte" (Münster and his sister cities) lanyards; as well as photographs, brochures, flyers, programmes, restaurant menus, and city guides.

The file includes a memorandum from February 1995 explaining the decision to use information sheets to update members on choir news, in order to reduce the time spent making announcements in rehearsals.
